Description
FeatherTouch™ – the transdermal vitamin C infusion as a collagen booster
Vitamin C – chemically ascorbic acid, is an antioxidant which, in high concentration, has an oxidative effect as a free radial.
In dermatology and cosmetology, vitamin C is used to stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis in order to regenerate and rejuvenate the skin.
But how does ascorbic acid get through the fatty layer of the skin barrier?
Even of high-percentage vitamin C creams, only a very small fraction reaches the stratum basale. The rest acts as an acid scrub.
CRP Vitamin C 15 Forte overcomes these disadvantages.
The active ingredient ampoule contains highly concentrated ascorbyl phosphate, the salt of ascorbic acid. A salt is neutral and can penetrate the fatty layer of the skin barrier.
If this salt is encapsulated in liposomes, the substance is transported in high concentrations through the fat layer.
In the deep layers of the skin there are enzymes that remove the phosphate residue. High concentrations of vitamin C are transported transdermally to the stem cells of the basal layer.
